Make your own knitting journal

You can create your own knitting/crochet/yarn journal in a creative and inspiring way.

Puk Hyllested shows you how to create a beautiful, visual diary that includes notes on your processes, inspiration for new projects, and accumulated experience and pride in finished projects. Puk has written a book about working with visual diaries: “Journaling. Write, create and be happy!” , and the workshop is based on the methodology in the book. You will come home with lots of ideas to continue working on a knitting journal.

**About the Educator: **

Puk Hyllested is a trained needlework teacher and self-employed with the company Learn with your heart. In her business, Puk teaches, gives lectures and lectures for municipalities and individuals about the connection between the work of hands and our mental well-being. Among other things, Puk teaches the mentally vulnerable in crochet, embroidery, creative diaries and knitting.

Puk Hyllested published his first non-fiction book last year: *Journaling. Write, create and be happy! *, which is about how writing and working creatively with a visual diary can strengthen mental health and well-being. Puk has been working in journaling for more than 10 years, both personally and professionally. She also has a degree in mindfulness and is certified in craft psychology, which lays the foundation for my approach to creativity and needlework as both an art form and a tool for personal development.
