Would you like to learn how to knit pattern knitwear, that is, to knit with two colors at once. Maybe you've tried it, but it won't be good. The threads at the back of the work become overly tight or maybe loose. The masks become unequal in size, and the work generally looks very uneven. Then you should come and participate in this workshop. Here you will learn all the basics of pattern knitting.
**You learn, among other things: **
⭐ to keep the colors right
⭐ the right professional terms
⭐ how your strands on the back get just the right length
⭐ choosing the right yarn and colors for pattern knitting
Along the way, Dorte Steen Nielsen will share his many knitting tips for pattern knitting and you will get Dorte's guide to pattern knitting.
**Participants must bring: **
Put a set of 4 mm 60 or 80 cm circular needles in your project bag along with a non-superwash treated wool yarn to match. If you do not have the materials in advance, do not despair, because you have the opportunity to buy it from the teacher before the workshop starts.
**Homework before workshop: **
Nothing 😊
**About the Educator: **
In addition to designing and teaching knitwear, Dorte is also behind a cosy yarn shop at Amager, the Knitting Salon. You can also find Dorte on Instagram, where she shares all her great knitting tips and inspiration for your knitwear.
Also remember that Dorte is an exhibitor, so all weekend (when she is not teaching) you can find her in the Multisalen.
